For more than 20 years now, we are conducting Training & Resettlement Programs for the Indian Army, Indian Air Force and the Indian Navy. It gives us great pleasure to be able to serve the men who keep our country safe during the prime years of their life. We conduct courses in several areas like Fire & Safety, Management Studies, Basic and Advanced Computer courses to name a few.

We essentially act as a bridge for these Retiring Personnel during their career transition phase. A few ways in which we help the ex-servicemen (ESM) are:

• We provide placement services for ESM. We have tie ups with a large number of Corporates who are willing to welcome the ESM with open arms. This service is 100% FREE for the ESM.

• We help the ESM with building their resume and make them interview ready by conducting several soft skills courses for them.

• We conduct several workshops for them to make them aware of the several opportunities available for them when transitioning to the civil life.

• For the ones with an Entrepreneurial mind, we guide them in setting up their own businesses - Mini Petrol Pumps, Solar Entrepreneurs, Security Agency, Authorized Service Stations etc.
